Lynx

Lynx Professional Grills in Las Vegas

Lynx sits at the top end of the built-in grill market, and it earns that position through engineering rather than styling. Heavy-gauge 304 stainless throughout, ceramic infrared burners, a rotisserie system built to actually be used rather than demonstrated, and the hot-surface ignition that keeps working in the wind — the details that separate a grill you keep for twenty years from one you replace in seven.

We carry the range deep: 209 active Lynx products, covering built-in and freestanding grills, refrigeration, sinks, cocktail stations, warming drawers, patio heaters, vent hoods and the full run of storage.

The Lynx range

Lynx Professional

The core built-in line, in 27, 30, 36 and 42-inch widths. Brass or ceramic burners depending on configuration, dual-position rotisserie, blue LED-lit control knobs. If you cook seriously and the kitchen is a permanent installation, this is the line to specify.

Lynx SmartGrill

The same body with automated cooking built in — set a protein and a doneness and the grill manages the burners. Genuinely useful for anyone who entertains and would rather talk to guests than stand over the grates.

Lynx Sedona

Lynx's own step-down line, built to the same basic standards with simpler hardware and a lower price. We list Sedona on its own page because the two lines answer different budgets and it is worth seeing them apart.

Beyond the grill

Lynx is one of the few manufacturers whose full outdoor-kitchen line is genuinely coherent, which matters if you want a finished room rather than a grill in masonry.

• Cocktail stations — built-in and freestanding, with sink, speed rail and cutting surface. The single most-used component in most of the kitchens we build, and the most often forgotten at the planning stage.
• Refrigeration and ice — outdoor-rated refrigerators and an ice maker built for desert ambient temperatures rather than a garage.
• Storage — access doors in single and double, storage drawers, cabinets, sealed pantry units and towel bars.
• Heating — Lynx patio heaters, for the eight weeks a year Las Vegas genuinely needs them.
• Protection — insulating jackets for combustible enclosures, wind guards, and the carbon-fibre vinyl covers that keep the sun off the stainless.

Is Lynx worth the premium?

Honestly, not for everyone, and we will tell you so in the showroom. If you grill a few times a month, a Blaze will serve you well for years and leave budget for the rest of the kitchen. Lynx makes sense when you cook constantly, when you want the rotisserie and infrared searing to be genuinely good rather than nominally present, or when the kitchen is the defining feature of the yard. The difference is obvious the moment you open a door and feel the weight of it — which is the argument for seeing both side by side rather than comparing spec sheets.

Buying Lynx in Las Vegas

Lynx is on our floor at S Fort Apache, next to the brands it competes with. We design, fabricate and install the kitchens they go into as a licensed and insured Nevada contractor, so the cutout, the gas run and the permits are handled together rather than by three different trades. Start with the outdoor kitchen designer for a layout, or see how a full build works.
