Blaze Grills in Las Vegas
Blaze built its reputation on a straightforward proposition: commercial-grade construction — 304 stainless steel, heavy cast burners, real welded seams — at a price that does not assume an unlimited budget. For a lot of Las Vegas backyards that is exactly the right trade, and it is why Blaze is the brand we build into more outdoor kitchens than any other.
We stock the range rather than a token display. There are currently 115 active Blaze products in our catalogue: 32 grills and griddles, 9 refrigeration units, and 74 components and accessories — the doors, drawers, side burners, vent hoods and trash pullouts that turn a grill into a finished kitchen.
The Blaze range, explained
Blaze splits into four built-in families. The differences are real, and they matter more than the marketing names suggest.
Blaze Prelude and LTE
The entry into the line. Same 304 stainless body and cast burners as the rest of the range, without the interior lighting and the heavier control knobs. If the grill is going into an island and the budget is the constraint, this is where most people start and very few regret it.
Blaze LTE+
Adds backlit knobs and interior lighting — which sounds cosmetic until you have cooked on a Las Vegas patio in November at six in the evening and could not read your own burner settings. Available in the widths that suit most island runs.
Blaze LTE PRO
The step up in cooking hardware rather than trim. Available as a 32-inch 4-burner and a 40-inch 5-burner, plus a 40-inch gas griddle and a matching built-in power burner. This is the family we recommend for anyone who cooks for a crowd regularly rather than occasionally.
Blaze LUX
The top of the built-in range, in 34-inch 3-burner and 44-inch 4-burner configurations. Heavier throughout, and the one to look at if the outdoor kitchen is the centrepiece of the yard rather than an addition to it.
Beyond the grill
Most of our Blaze catalogue is not grills, and that is the point of specifying Blaze for a full build. A kitchen made entirely from one manufacturer's components lines up — the door reveals match, the drawer faces match, the stainless finish matches, and nothing looks like it was sourced from three different places, because it wasn't.
- Storage — single and double access doors, single and triple drawer stacks, combination door-and-drawer units, and trash pullouts.
- Refrigeration — outdoor-rated refrigerators, beverage coolers and ice makers, all built for the temperature swings a Las Vegas summer puts a unit through.
- Cooking extras — side burners, built-in and cart-mounted power burners for a wok or a stock pot, gas griddles, a 26-inch outdoor oven, and the Blaze Kamado.
- Protection — insulated jackets (required when a grill goes into a combustible enclosure), wind guards, flame guards, vent hoods and covers.
Why the insulated jacket matters here
This is the single most common thing homeowners miss when planning their own build. A built-in gas grill dropped into a wood-framed or otherwise combustible island needs an insulated jacket — it is a safety requirement, not an upsell, and it affects the cutout dimensions you build to. We carry 13 Blaze jackets precisely because this comes up on nearly every project. If you are designing your own island, get the jacket question settled before the masonry goes in, not after.
Buying Blaze in Las Vegas
Everything above is on the floor at our S Fort Apache showroom. Being able to open a drawer, feel the weight of a door and see the difference between an LTE and a LUX side by side settles most decisions in about ten minutes — considerably faster than comparing spec sheets.
We are not only a dealer. We design, fabricate and install the kitchen the grill goes into, which means the cutout is right the first time, the gas run is sized and permitted correctly, and there is one company to call if something needs attention later. If you are at the idea stage, the outdoor kitchen designer will give you a layout to react to, or see how a full build works on our custom outdoor kitchens page.
Common Questions
Blaze Grills — Common Questions
Where are Blaze grills made?
Blaze Outdoor Products is an American company that designs its grills in the United States and has them manufactured to its own specifications overseas — which is how the line reaches commercial-grade 304 stainless construction at its price point. If the origin matters to your decision, ask us in the showroom and we will go through the current manufacturing details with you rather than have you rely on a web page.
Is Blaze a good grill?
For the money, it is the brand we specify most often. You get 304 stainless steel, cast stainless or brass burners and solid welded construction — the things that determine whether a grill survives a decade in the Las Vegas sun. What you do not get, compared with the premium brands, is the very heaviest gauge steel and the most elaborate ignition and rotisserie systems. For the large majority of backyards that is the right trade.
What is the difference between Blaze LTE, LTE+, LTE PRO and LUX?
Prelude and LTE are the entry models with the same core construction as the rest of the range. LTE+ adds interior lighting and backlit control knobs. LTE PRO steps up the cooking hardware and comes as a 32-inch 4-burner or 40-inch 5-burner. LUX is the top built-in family, in 34-inch and 44-inch widths, heavier throughout. The jump worth paying for depends on how often you cook and how central the kitchen is to the yard — that is a five-minute conversation in the showroom.
What size Blaze grill do I need for my outdoor kitchen?
Blaze built-ins run from roughly 23 inches to 44 inches wide. A 32-inch 4-burner suits most families comfortably. Go to 40 or 44 inches if you regularly cook for eight or more, or if you want to run a rotisserie and a direct zone at the same time. The more important number is the cutout, not the nominal size — every Blaze width has its own cutout dimensions, and the island has to be built to the specific model you have chosen, not to a generic 36-inch opening.
Do I need an insulated jacket for a built-in Blaze grill?
Yes, if the grill is going into a combustible enclosure such as a wood-framed island. The jacket is a safety requirement and it also changes the cutout you build to, so it needs deciding before the island is constructed. If we are building your kitchen this is handled for you. If you are building it yourself, talk to us before the masonry goes in.
Does BBQ Concepts install Blaze grills in Las Vegas?
Yes — we design, fabricate and install complete outdoor kitchens, and we are a licensed and insured Nevada contractor, so gas, electrical and masonry are all handled in-house and permitted properly. We also sell to homeowners and contractors doing their own installation. Either way you are buying from a local showroom rather than a distribution centre, so warranty and service questions have somewhere to go.
