Coyote Outdoor Living in Las Vegas

Coyote builds the kind of catalogue that lets you finish an entire outdoor kitchen in one brand — grills, pellet grills, flat tops, a charcoal grill, an Asado cooker, pizza ovens, refrigeration, hoods, doors and drawers — at a position in the market that leaves room for the island itself. The Coyote grills

C-Series — 30 and 34 inches

The entry built-in. Stainless construction and solid burners at a size that fits most islands.

SL-Series — 30, 36 and 42 inches

The core of the line, with the rear infrared rotisserie and heavier construction. The 36 is the size we build in most often.

CL-Series — 36 four-burner and 42 five-burner

Coyote's premium built-in, with more output and the heaviest grids in the range.

Specialty cooking

A 36-inch built-in charcoal grill, a 30-inch flat top and a 50-inch combination grill and flat top, a built-in or freestanding Asado cooker for high-heat live-fire cooking, 28 and 36-inch pellet grills, and portable gas and electric grills. Single and dual side burners and a power burner complete the cooking surfaces.

Pizza ovens

A 30-inch hybrid multi-fuel oven in matte black, red or yellow, and a wood-fired oven in copper, matte black or yellow. Both are outdoor-rated and designed to sit on a counter or a Coyote base.

Completing the kitchen

• Refrigeration — 21-inch built-in refrigerators in left and right hinge, a 24-inch reverse-hinge refrigerator, a 15-inch built-in, and a 24-inch kegerator.
• Storage — access doors in a full run of widths including the C3 series, door-and-drawer combinations, roll-out trash, pull-out trash and recycle in several configurations, and a 30-inch warming drawer.
• Ventilation — vent hoods and liners at 36, 42 and 48 inches by 30 deep, which a grill under a patio cover genuinely needs.
• Island packages — ready-to-finish island frames such as the CKEY6, and a 30-inch insulated jacket for combustible enclosures.
