Ultimate Baked Garlic Bread

Loaves slathered with an herbed chili, mayo and butter mixture and topped with fresh grated mozarella and parmesean and baked over applewood until metly and crisp. These baguettes ain’t for the faint of heart.
- 1 1 BAGUETTE
- 1/2 cup SOFTNED BUTTER
- 1/2 cup MAYONNAISE
- 4 tbsp ITALIAN PARSLEY, CHOPPED
- 6 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- SALT, TO TASTE
- CHILI FLAKES, TO TASTE
- 1 CUP MOZZARELLA
- 1/2 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Lay baguette on a cutting board and cut it in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, add butter, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, salt and chili flakes. Mix well.
Spread butter mixture on baguette halves and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Place baguette on the grill (if you like the bread crisp do not use foil and if you like it soft wrap with foil). Grill for approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
